Basements

The basement or substructure of a building is highly critical to the waterproofing requirements as waterproofing remedies and repair procedures to basements are highly complicated and rarely fail proof. So, the effective waterproofing system is a combination of integral and external waterproofing system to prevent water penetration from below grade level.

HYGROSMART -ADMIX® An integral waterproofing compound which is admixed in concrete to initiate a crystalline reaction creating Nano crystals, non-soluble, which in turns fill the pores, capillaries and static cracks resulting in permanent reduction of water permeability.

AQUASMART®-PB A bitumen extended polyurethane coating which has excellent thixotropic properties to give desired thickness even on a one coat vertical application. Due to its waterborne technology it is an eco-friendly, VOC free product, ideally suited for confined room application. It has excellent elongation, and so suitable for any underground structures like retaining walls, Lift pit Outer walls, Underground Sump, Sewage Treatment Plants etc.

Exposed Roofs

The roof slabs that are exposed and cannot be overlaid by a protection layer, should be waterproofed by an excellent light weight UV resistant medium which will also have good abrasion resistance and elongation properties. While there are limited solutions available, we have a range of high-performance PU Coatings suitable for exposed roofs.
