Our sealants combine the technology of polyurethane and Silylated polyurethanes that comes with excellent mechanical properties, ease of application and non-toxicity of Silylated polyurethanes.

ALCHIMICA offers HYPERSEAL® range of joint sealant solutions that accommodates these movements in concrete without loss of integrity in concrete structure. HYPERSEAL® range of joint sealants are based on novel polyurethane-hybrid technology for a variety of applications. The range includes one-component low modulus gun-able sealants for construction and expansion joints, and two component pourable sealants suitable for sealing joints in pavements, airport aprons and runways.

All Façade designs face challenges in overcoming the need to arrest the leakages at joints with a sealant without compromising the building aesthetics and appearances. Hyperseal® range of PU sealants offer solutions to sealing the structural glazing elements and window/door insulation against moisture and other weather exposure. It provides an excellent stability and support over the perimeter of the glazing elements.
